**Please place orders at least 48 hours in advance of delivery.**
**It is the customers total responsibilty to notify Lawn Nation and/or Colorado Sod if there are any problems getting a large delivery truck to their location. If the delivery truck cannot access the customers location to deliver the sod, Lawn Nation and/or Colorado Sod will only act as a median of information between our partners/growers/supplier to seek resolution. The partner/grower/supplier can offer a resolution to the customer if they desire. In no way does the non delivery of goods, because of no safe access with the delivery truck, change the fact that Lawn Nation and/or Colorado Sod is entitled to full payment for the particular undeliverable order.**
**Lead times are subject to change.**
**Courtesy calls may not be available from time to time for delivery and/or installation time windows**
**Orders may not be cancelled after 4:00pm two working days prior to the delivery date (Saturday and Sunday not included). **
**Limitation of Liability: In no event shall Lawn Nation and/or Colorado Sod be liable for any damages (including but not limited to loss of anticipated profits) in connection with or arising from all Lawn Nation and/or Colorado Sod products and services, and/or all partners/growers/suppliers products and services, including, but not limited to the furnishing, functioning, use, distribution or marketing of any related item or service provided by Lawn Nation and/or Colorado Sod or Partner/Grower/Supplier.**
**A person with authority must be present at the time of deliver and installation.**
**Lawn Nation and/or Washington Sod and our partner/grower/supplier reserves the right to delay an order.**
**Pictures must be provided for problems related to your sod and/or installation. Once the pictures are reviewed we will determine whether or not we need to involve the partner/grower/supplier which was used for the particular sod order in question. The product is guaranteed to be fresh and plantable upon delivery by the partner/growers/suppliers we work with. If there is a problem directly related to the sod and/or installation. Lawn Nation and/or Colorado Sod is acting only as the median of information between customer and Partner/Grower/Supplier.**
**When an order is processed with Lawn Nation and/or Colorado Sod the customer accepts and agrees in full to these terms and conditions, our order process, our visitors agreement, and must abide by our sod care guide, or any other sod care guide that is written by a professional and directly related to the particular sod project(s) for the particular order.**

Denver Metro and Surrounding Areas --
**Minimum Order: about 300 square feet (and depending on location)**
**Average Square Footage Per Pallet: about 500 square feet**
**Pallet Deposit: Currently none**
**Delivery Charge: Orders may be assessed a delivery charge**
**Bobtail Delivery Charge and Scheduling: Should the location of your order(s) necessitate the need for a bobtail, an additional charge may be applied. Also, please allow extra time for us to schedule a bobtail delivery as the trucks fill up quickly and can be backlogged.**
**Roll Weight: about 40—50 pounds**
**Roll Size: about 10 square feet per roll. Roll size harvested is at the discretion of the partners/growers/suppliers.**
**Big Rolls (available by request) size: about 406 sq. ft. per roll.**
**Sod Installation: Please call to check on pricing and availability.**
**Pickup Days: Please call to make prior arrangments**
**Delivery Days: Monday through Saturday (excluding certain holidays)**
